Just Resolutions now has two offices from which to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services. We are headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, and have a "satellite" office and mediation facility in Kingston, Washington, just outside Seattle. From these two locations, J. Justin Ripley has worked in Alaska and the Puget Sound area as well as having traveled the south 48 extensively in aid of dispute resolution.

Scheduling for two areas can be a problem. To help with scheduling we are enlarging this site to include a planning calendar function for your convenience. As you use it, please remember that if your schedule is absolute and you cannot accommodate our forecast availability, you are welcome to call 907 274-5406 to discuss whether we can somehow flex our schedule to meet your needs.

Initial Contact

• Online Calendar:Review our online calendar for available dates.
  
• Electronic mail:An e-mail request to Just Resolutions containing a request for dates will be addressed by return e-mail the following day.
  
• Telephone: A telephone call to Just Resolutions will immediately provide parties with available dates within the parameters of the case requirements.
  
• Facsimile: A fax to Just Resolutions containing a request for dates will be addressed by return fax the following day.
  

Necessary Information

At the time of contact, be prepared to provide the following information:

• Detailed case caption.
• Names of all counsel of record.
• Timeframe of dates requested.

Follow-up Contact

The party who receives the calendaring information contacts all involved parties with dates of availability. Other parties decide on an appropriate date, time and location and relay information to initiating party. Initiating party contacts Just Resolutions with the following information:

• Date selected.
• Time conference scheduled to begin.
• Location of conference.

Mediations and arbitrations are generally held at one of the attorneys' offices or other location agreed upon by the parties.

Written Notice - Mediation

Just Resolutions will issue written notice to all counsel of record and unrepresented parties specifying the date, time and location of the mediation. An Agreement Regarding Mediation and Confidentiality will be enclosed for signature by all attorneys and their clients. These should either be returned to Just Resolutions by mail prior to the conference or presented to J. Justin Ripley at the beginning of the mediation.

Written Notice - Arbitration

Just Resolutions will issue written notice to all counsel of record specifying the date, time and location of the arbitration. An Arbitration Agreement will be enclosed for signature by all attorneys and their clients. These should be returned to Just Resolutions by mail with the prepayment of the arbitrator's fees not later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arbitration.
